How soon could you get to me?
We can normally have an engineer onsite by the next day, if not the same day
How much do you charge?

How long will my computer problem take to fix? 
Most onsite services are sorted within an hour. If we expect the job will take longer, we will advise you, so you wont receive any unexpected costs
What if my computer cannot be fixed onsite?
If we are unable to fix it onsite, we will collect it for repair in our fully equipped workshop
We will advise you to how much it will cost & return it back to you

Are your services available for home users & business users?
Yes. We offer support to both home & business users. From installing a new printer, to an entire network of computer equipment
Do you offer any guarantee on your work?
Yes we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with any service we have provided, we will do our upmost to rectify it as quickly as possible for you. We pride ourselves on quality of service, our

What are your hour of business?
Our opening hours are 09.00 to 17.00, Monday to Friday. Please remember, you can leave a message at anytime, 365 days a year
Do you offer a no fix, no fee policy?
We do not operate a "no fix, no fee" policy
Why is that?
These policies are normally offered to entice you, but rarely do you not get charged
You normally end up paying far more, as the company needs to cover their costs for diagnosing the problem
We will always provide you with an honest solution and at an affordable cost
How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, cheque and paypal
