The problem was too complex to solve on site, so he took the lap-top to his workshop for overnight testing, and returned it fixed the next day.

The charge was not excessive, he inspired confidence in his technical knowledge and has a pleasant "desk-side" manner.

Our 2 year old laptop died.

I was bought a new computer by my daughter, and needed help setting it up.

I wanted to transfer information over from my old computer, and I wanted to dispose of the old computer knowing that I hadn’t left sensitive information on it.

I had three local guides to choose from, but I chose Our Local Expert because it seemed the more down to earth.

Mark Manning came when he said he would come, did everything I wanted and more – offering additional advice to leave me with, rather than racing away like other engineers have done to me in the past.

His prices were much cheaper than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend him, and will use him again if the need arises.

I’m nearly 80, and the last person I had to fix my computer....I had to take the computer to him. I had to keep phoning to see when it was ready, then go and collect it from the shop. When I got it home the problem was still there. But ICS were brilliant he put everything right for me, then he showed me how to use it. He wrote it down for me to refer back to. He then made me do it from the book – I was so proud! I recommend him to anybody.
